Mary Ann Fuchs, DNP, RN, her leadership actions during the pandemic in the December issue of Nurse Leader. She describes how she helmed ҹɫÍõ³¯ as its president, served on an American Hospital Association pandemic task force and provided leadership to the Duke University Health System in Durham, N.C. as its chief nurse executive. She encourages leaders to take advantage of opportunities during times of uncertainty, find ways to use others’ talents to help them grow and recharge through self-care.
