Nurse leaders have used ingenuity and tenacity to tackle some of the COVID-19 pandemic’s biggest challenges, and ҹɫÍõ³¯ has captured their stories in Leadership Beyond the Pandemic—a series of podcasts featuring discussions with nurse leaders about pandemic-era care delivery innovations with the potential to lower costs and improve quality in non-pandemic times. Johnson & Johnson recently the program’s co-creators, Deborah Zimmermann, DNP, RN, ҹɫÍõ³¯ board member and chair of the ҹɫÍõ³¯ Foundation, and Michael Bleich, PhD, RN, senior professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing, along with ҹɫÍõ³¯ Senior Director, Leadership Development Beverly Hancock, DNP, RN.
