ҹɫÍõ³¯ is seeking to identify new models of care and innovations related to staffing and patient care delivery that were introduced to help nurse leaders meet staffing and patient care challenges during the pandemic. Thanks to a Johnson & Johnson grant, ҹɫÍõ³¯ intends to gather and disseminate these models to help equip leaders in the immediate crisis as well as create a repository where best practices may be accessed after the pandemic.
